Upon receipt of all audition materials, applicants will receive audition schedule and other pertinent information. All applicants must check in at registration prior to audition. Applicants will draw for audition time slots at registration.
The Corpus Christi Symphony offers mileage and per-service compensation for contracted CCSO Musicians. Musicians residing more than 40 miles from Corpus Christi receive per diem compensation. Musicians residing more than 100 miles from Corpus Christi also receive double-occupancy hotel accommodations. Compensation and mileage not applicable to auditions.
About the CCSO:
Founded in 1945, the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra is the premiere classical orchestra along the Texas Gulf Coast. As a professional contract orchestra, the CCSO provides classical and pops music experiences to the region’s culturally diverse audience.
