Expect to enjoy yourself! There is free music in the lobby and drinks for purchase before the concert and during intermission. Our beautiful venue offers 360 views of the musicians and conductor while enjoying acoustic sounds from the performance.
We welcome children of all ages to the performances. Regardless of age, all individuals, including young children and lap children, must have a ticket to enter the concert. Performing Arts Center ushers may ask parents to take disruptive children out of the concert hall.

There are also student discounts available as well.

If you have any concerns regarding the appropriateness of the concert you're interested in, please contact the symphony office directly.
There is no official dress code, but you'll see guests wearing everything from jeans to cocktail dresses. Most guests opt for business attire or business casual. Some people enjoy dressing up and making a special night of it, others prefer to dress more laid back. Generally, the only tuxes you'll see are on stage.
We encourage guest to arrive 20 - 30 minutes before concert time so you can enjoy live music in the lobby, purchase any drinks, and comfortably find your seat. Please note that no food or drink is allowed in the concert hall. Our concerts start on time and if you are late, the Performing Arts Center ushers reserve the right to refuse entry until a suitable pause in the program as to not disturb other concertgoers.
Before the concert begins, please turn all electronic devices (cell phones, pagers, alarm watches, etc.) off or set them to vibrate. The concert hall is a very acoustically sensitive place. We also broadcast live symphony performances on KEDT Radio and keep archived recordings of our concerts; active cell phones/pagers tend to interfere with the quality of the hall’s recording/transmitting devices.
Most orchestra concerts last 90 minutes to 2 hours long, with an intermission halfway through. You are welcome to view the program prior to arrival to determine what will be performed and the length of the concert.
Cameras, video recorders, and tape recorders are not permitted in the concert hall during the event. Please take any videos and photos outside of the concert hall before or after the event and during intermission.
